To Whom It May Concern,
Angela Pignataro; graduate from Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology: Physical and Health Education Teacher Certification diploma in May of 2012. Received a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision through Liberty University Online in the Spring of 2017.
In a school, administrators and educators work in unity to teach their subject area; as well as act as a leader to the students in their lives. Each student has seeds of greatness in them and the ability to work hard and thrive in every area of life; school leaders hold the privilege in encouraging them to reach their best in these areas and live out God's plan for their lives. Throughout my time supervising and teaching, I dedicate myself to seek constructive correction and feedback from self assessments and colleagues in order to constantly grow and improve.
Through my experiences of supervising, teaching, aiding, observing, and coaching youngsters; I have learned several aspects which have helped prepare me to direct programs. These experiences have allowed me to learn the joy I gain from administrating staff and students, the impact of motivation, and the importance of management and collaboration. Children have seen me as a role model in their lives and I have had the honor to lead them. Through these experiences I have seen good character develop; through staff unity, as well as; children display sportsmanship, communication skills, and set goals for themselves.
I grew up in a Christian home, with parents who instilled biblical principles and values as a foundation for me and my siblings. As a close family we continue to attend our church home at Jesus Revival Church in Woodhaven, NY. From childhood I was involved in various church activities and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at a young age. Throughout my schooling I struggled with academics, yet continued to trust in the Lord for His wisdom and strength to excel. It was during my freshman year at Liberty University that I came to know the call God had on my life. God planted in me a love and passion for educating His children, and to lead them to fulfill their call. Now I use the weaknesses I had as a child to understand and connect with students today, and focus on bringing out their God-given abilities to succeed.
I have a strong passion for influencing people to live a purposeful lifestyle and would make a positive addition to your educational staff.
