• Provide daily administrative work and customer service related to group and tour bookings
• Create and adjust group visit reservations for schools, organizations, tour operators and VIP clients, utilizing the Tessitura ticketing software and JIRA project management software in a timely manner
• Follow through a large volume of email correspondences regarding group reservations, group policy and museum information

• Provide excellent customer service during VIP tours and events and represent the Museum with the utmost professionalism to maintain discretion with high level clients
