I maintained a clean working environment due to inspections. I was a diligent worker in the kitchen
and prepared salad and hot soup also helped in cooking the rice/ cook prep. I made sure that the food
on plates were thoroughly cleaned off. In preparation to move further I also became a cook at a fast
food restaurant where I had to do all the food prep. I worked in the food service industry until I joined
the military but still enjoyed learning about recipes and how to cook different meals. I ended up selling
kitchen cutlery after my military career finished. This helped me to work a flexible job while going to
school. While in school I learned the necessary skills to succeed in life and gained some confidence. I
learned some skills in reading, computers, psychology, biology and first aid cpr to name a few.
