• Coordinates and maintains a high volume of referrals through independent outreach with different agencies which improves the company’s revenue while providing much needed support and guidance to families beginning the Evaluation process.
• Consistently follows up with providers, doctors and other professionals for medical paperwork to ensure that all cases are on course to meet the 30 day deadline from initial acceptance to the completion of evaluations.
• Analyzes each case specifically and assigns therapists based on a family’s needs such as location, language and schedule. Reviews and signs off on clinician invoices and submits to billing department for processing.
