Lead Bartender/Mixologist
� My responsibilities include creating new bar programs by working with vendors and bringing in new potential products, specifically rolling out new seasonal cocktails every 3 months.
� I work with fellow bartenders to develop a seasonal and fun environment for them as well as the guests.
� Assist management with scheduling, inventory, cost control, standardization and organization.

Sapphire Restaurant, Laguna Beach (October �17 to October �18)
Lead Bartender/Mixologist
� My responsibilities include creating new bar programs including beer, wine, liquor and cocktails by working with vendors and bringing in new potential products to help display the Sapphire brand.
� I also developed standards and programs to assist in helping the understanding of the beverage program.

GreenLeaf Chopshop, Southern California (September �14 to October �17)
Lieutenant of Liquids and Libations
� Started as the bar manager at the Hollywood location, which was the first location with a full bar, in which I developed all cocktails, wine list and beer program by working with vendors and developing company standards for the bar.
� As each location with a full bar opened I assisted with training each bartender as well as bar set up, inventory and ordering systems.
� As the Lieutenant of Liquids and Libations I was overseeing 5 full bars and 2 wine/beer bars and was in charge of developing standards, ensuring bartenders were maintaining standards and developing new cocktails.
