• Experienced Soff cut saw operator
• Able to work in a group or independently
• Can set up / form
• Have own tools / nail bags / mason bag full of trowels
• Very adaptable can handle, change / clients / employees ETC
• Commercial as well as residential experience

• Management Experience & Customer service experience
• Have worked with several different out fits
• Some framing experience
• Some epoxy floor covering experience
• Can handle highly intense and extensive labor
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Flat work or broom finish
• Can run most concrete machines and most loading vehicles (4wheel drive forklift ECT)
• Epoxy floor covering experience mixing as well as application
• Cast on floor coloring experience
• Big job experience : Schools, City work, Walmart’s, Fred Meyers, where houses, ETC
