Lead Economist on team, assisted in producing a Craft Beer Economic Impact Report for San Diego Brewer’s Guild as well as a Sports Action Leisure Economic Impact Report for San Diego Sports Innovators.

Sigma Chi, President
Led chapter of 65 men with operating budget of over $80,000 to raising over $36,500 5/17 – 5/18
for cancer research, the most raised ever by a student organization on campus.

Economics Club, President 5/17 – 5/18
Consisted of all Econ majors/minors, held meetings with officers to advance learning with
overall goal to increase GPA’s of members. Hosted guest speakers, study rooms, and Economics
related contests and events.

Involved in political action committees for social and progressive change. Created

Leadership

Horizons Leadership Program
Week long leadership program in Snowbird, Utah designed to challenge mentally and July 2017 physically the limits of leadership to expand them further. Also created a mentorship
relationship that lasts for at least two years past the program.

Balfour Leadership Training Conference August 2017
Three-day training conference at Bowling Green State University, Ohio. Preparation for
role of as well as created a vision for the chapter with executive committee.

Voted on by panel of CSUSM faculty to reward the most outstanding fraternity 2018 member of the year.

Order of Omega Honors Society:
Undergraduate Greek Honors Society where members are selected from the top 3% 2018
of students based on grades and accomplishments.

Omicron Delta Epsilon Honors Society:
Undergraduate Economics Honors Society that accepts members with GPA above a 3.0 in 2018

Guided an at-risk Freshmen mentee over the course of freshman year to 2015 – 2016
provide stability and safety at the beginning of their collegiate career.

Guided team consisting of faculty and students to update bylaws, regulate elections, and provide brevity
and clarity to the elections process of student bodies.

Skills


Computer: Advanced in computer skills, hardware and software. Good understanding of multiple operating systems and third-party programs. Able to learn new programs quickly based on previous experience of other programs. Proficient at Excel (pivot tables, linear regressions, tables, charts).

Organizational: Trained and experienced in organizational leadership, organizational structure, event planning, strategic planning, behavioral leadership.

Economics: Ability to formulate, estimate and interpret testable relationships specified by economic theory.
Understand and create models, both graphically and through equation. Experience in linear
regression models and Econometrics.

IMPLAN: Data analysis software that specializes in input/output modeling for regional data.
