Pastry Cook// July 2019- Present Day.

In the kitchen, learning different ways on how to make the different types of pastry that is needed for GVG, Print Works Bistro, and Lucky 32 is a very good technique to learn. Every business is different and each place will have their own way of producing pastry. From learning how to make Sticky buns to learning how to churn ice cream each day is something different and a good way to expand your experience and knowledge. Throughout the whole year “Tea Time” is very popular. With “Tea Time”, there’s a lot of components that go together in order to make the couple of hours run smoothly. Including tea prep (making the finger sandwiches, desserts, plates and tiers are all ready to go at any moment). Tea time really brings out the skills of working fast and working ahead of time so no one will be “in the weeds” during the time frame.
