Personal Profile:
I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is professional, approachable and reliable. I obtain new skills quickly and working in different industries has provided me with a broad range of capabilities that can be adapted to any role. My warm and friendly demeanour alongside the ability to communicate effectively has allowed me to have great relationships with customers and colleagues.
As a recent graduate, I am actively seeking roles to gain greater professional experience, specifically in the Marketing and PR industry. Acquiring a Law Degree has been beneficial on various levels such as working under pressure, being able to think and write strategically whilst meeting deadlines has helped with my time management and organisation skills.

Work Experience:

Beauty Intern at b. the Communications Agency (August 2019 - October 2019)
I have recently completed my 2-month internship supporting the beauty team with a range of tasks, mainly assisting with product send outs, event organisation and influencer research which I later transferred onto a database. Furthermore, I sourced online coverage for brands such as Bondi Sands, Collection and Morphe.

Clandon Golf (May 2015 - July 2019)
I have worked both in the office and the catering department. The role comprised of administrative tasks such as taking bookings and responding to customer queries over the phone or email. I also worked within the finance team to assist with memberships and creating spreadsheets. Furthermore, I helped to run events such as golf societies and competitions and organise the placement of merchandise. This position allows me to demonstrate my excellent customer service, organisation skills and my ability to work within a team.

Clandon Park National Trust: (May 2013 - April 2015)
I worked in high-pressure event catering delivering quality service to customers and was able to use my communication skills and meet customers’ needs to ensure events ran smoothly. I also managed the Instagram page for Clandon Park which involved uploading pictures and writing captions relevant to events we were hosting.

Cotswold Outdoor Ltd: (January 2012 - January 2013)
Working as a sales assistant advising customers on suitable products, replenishing stock and completing till transactions. As well as advising customers and answering queries, I used my negotiation skills as an opportunity to upsell products.
