Write copy for marketing outreach & newsletter, posting/ updating social media platforms, read & provide feedback to scripts, research & develop media projects, prepare pitch documents, assemble media package to pitch to TV studios/ networks, establish contacts for company, track status of all projects, contribute to creative meetings, assist in productions shoots, plus daily administrative tasks. Biggest accomplishment at Wombat was creating workshops for our Screenwriter clients after networking with them and seeing the common desire for community. I pitched the idea to my boss, and we developed a very intimate safe space for them to connect and delve into their work.

Daily duties include screening calls, data entry, preparing expense reports, assisting clients & vendors, updating vault system, client services, preparing shipments, and carrying out Producer’s requests. Also acted as Accountant Assistant once a week: set up vendor & customer files, journal entries, entering deposits & invoices, bank reconciliations, create & maintain digital vault of all commercial/ music video wrap books using ScanSnap software, and trusted with handling petty cash. Created a vault system for organizing all incoming/ outgoing media and switched company’s filing system to digital.

Producer Assistant Intern, M & A Productions Hollywood 4/11 - 11/11

Daily tasks include email correspondence for Producer, booking travel, data entry, company runs, script coverage, filing, and answering/ directing calls. For pre-production on film: projected budget, held casting sessions, scouted locations, negotiated rental rates, gave script notes, interviewed crew applicants, and was main correspondent to cast & crew.
