To obtain an internship for my senior year of college, utilizing my previous experience, to enhance the company and grow with through it to continue post-graduation.
EXPERIENCE
Recruiting Field Intern, Aerotek, May 2019-August 2019
I immerse in Aerotek's 12 Week Future Leader Program as a Skilled Trades Recruiting Intern.�
I source for multiple industries, focusing on Professional Services, and recruit for the office's different divisional skillsets, skilled trades, commercial, and administrative professional services divisions.�My goals at the beginning of the summer started at setting three interviews a day and I�m now setting over five a day, on average.
I work with account managers to identify top accounts, sourced leads for target accounts, target key skill sets such as customer service and administrative positions, and learn more about the regional staffing needs in the Professional Services industry.
Social Media & Image Manager, Blooms and Bouquets Event Production, May 2017-August 2017
I staged and photographed examples of the company's decor work or visited projects at event venues to document them, then edited and scheduled posts to share the images across multiple social media platforms.
I worked with various software programs to organize and edit photographs and utilized multiple online platforms to share posts across three platforms. I was posting at least once a day on each account. I researched data gathered from post analytics to see what produced the highest views and/or interactions, and tailored my posts accordingly. This grew account followers by the hundreds over the course of my internship.
