I�m a Sports Development and Coaching Sciences graduate with diverse experience in a variety of sports. I am IT competent and able to function within group based and individual tasks with strong motivation and high standards of performance. Looking to apply my knowledge and skills in a role at your organisation.

Modules included: Performance Analyst, Sport Event Management, Managing Performance in Coaching and Sports Marketing.
Skills Developed:
� Ability to relate taught topics to real world examples and issues in sport.
� Improved self/peer-reflection of practices through planning, running and reviewing sessions.
� Development of leadership skills across a variety of group based activities.
� To conduct detailed research using a multitude of research boards including Google, website pages and online resources.
� An understanding of the body�s functions during exercise and how environmental variables affect the ability to train/perform.
� How real world advertising draws on research to influence marketing strategies and implementations to facilitate multi-layered marketing.

Sporting/Work Experience
2009- Present Cricket Coach Newick CC, East Sussex
� Responsible for the setting up and running of sessions and developing a training programme across the summer based on the teams matches.
� Attending matches and analysing the games in order to provide feedback and design sessions accordingly.
� Working with the players who were in contention for a trial at county level on a one to one basis, working on specific technical and tactical issues.
2010- 2015 Tennis Coach Maresfield/ Newick tennis club, East Sussex
� Aiding other coaches with their sessions whilst also running my own sessions, whereby I designed programs around what the head coach had set as their specific area for development.
� Working in a variety of schools with a variety of children in terms of age and ability ranging from 4-14 and from beginners to performance level.
� Interaction with parents by providing feedback of child�s development or dealing with any queries the parents may have regarding their child�s well being in the sessions.
2017-2018 Development Co-coordinator Kiwi Tennis/Auckland, New Zealand
� Assisting the Operational Manager in dealing with customer enquiries, coach allocations and promotion of the company.
� Recording data to present to the owners consisting of retention numbers, drop out rates over a year and their most successful clubs and schools.
� Designing and delivering sessions to a range of abilities and ages across the companies clubs and schools.
� Designing possible marketing strategies based on the clubs location and cliental preferences for implementation on website, training grounds and company events.
Interest
I have played a variety of sports, including Tennis, Cricket and Football, ranging from high club level to county level meaning I have developed strong tactical and technical knowledge as well as leadership skills alongside an understanding of the sports from both captaining, and in recent years more off field roles within each club.
Additional Skills
IT Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as advanced research abilities on the Internet.
Sporting Qualifications I have a Young Sports Leadership award and a Mentoring Coaches award along with level 1�s in Cricket and Football. I am also a Level 2 Personal Trainer.
