� Monitor the safety of patrons in and around pool.

� Managed and evaluated a group of 10 life guards. Evaluated guards life/rescue skills. Ensured guards were on time to pool and prepared aquatic professionals to effectively perform lifeguard duties.
� Evaluated guards, by report, on how effectively and quickly they finished the skill.
� Exercised life guard�s skills in training sessions. In the pool, trained reaction time of seeing a struggling swimmer all the way to extraction. Trained on land protocol of knowing the signs of cardiac arrest, starting CPR and calling 911.
� Created and organized community events at the campus pool. Developed marketing materials to promote these activities with campus students.
