Work History:

Winn Dixie
1830 W Airline Hwy Laplace, LA 70068|------------
March 2015-September 2016
At Winn- Dixie I took the role as a Customer Service Lead. Within this position, I had to manage the front end, which means I was responsible for my co-workers and customers. I was there to answer any and all questions. I made sure the store’s main face was running smoothly, briefly, and professionally. As a CSL, I also ran the service desk. I was responsible for handling large sums of cash, refunds, lottery, money orders, and western unions. I also was a trusty key holder when working the office. In the office, I would have to make loans to the cashiers, and do deposits for the bank. Also, if there were any money errors, I had to act quickly and resolve those issues. No matter what position I was in for the day, showing my customers great service was very important. I trained my new-hire co- workers the proper way to speak to customers and show them respect. I formed bonds with customers because of the communications skills in encountered while working for Winn- Dixie. The reason for leaving is that I needed to focus on my schooling.

Keith Noonan Salon
800 Metairie Rd Metairie, LA 70005|------------
January 2017-August 2017
At Keith Noonan, I was an assistant to all of the hairstylists in the salon. I had to help color and style the client’s hair, and make sure that they had all of the supplies needed to do their job. I also was responsible for making sure all of the clients were comfortable and had a wonderful experience while in our salon. I reason I left the salon was because I was pregnant and needed a job closer to home.
