My main goal as an esthetician and nail technician is to make a persons day better when they leave than when they came in. Making their experience above the expectation. In these positions I’m looking for support from my co-workers and the ability to achieve my goal. Currently I am in school at PCI academy for my Advanced Practice esthetician license. * In my role here my goal was to make the guests have an experience through performing a facial, waxing, manicure and pedicure. Specializing in body waxing for men and women. Here I was trained in Microdermabrasion, Chemical peels, CND shellac polish application. My role as Spa lead was to run the spa on a day to day basis. Controlling inventory and ordering product when needed, helping with guest conflicts when they are unhappy or have questions. Also helping out at the front desk when needed, opening and closing the spa, answer phones, booking appointments, and checking guests in and out on
