Produbanco is a branch in Ecuador of Grupo Promerica. My main task in this internship was to do benchmarking by researching promotions and advertising in social media of competing companies. I participated in meetings for the development of a "green account", supervised the placement of banners with the company's name in several locations, and searched for customer incentives to open new account (especially savings accounts). Finally, I traveled to Guayaquil with the bank's advertising and promotions coordinator for supervising the an event sponsored by the bank.
