Tutored local low-literacy adults in topics of math and English to help them achieve personal goals. Met with two students, individually, twice per week for 3 months.

Collaborated with an accomplished team of PhD candidates on research on public health matters and produced two publications within this time.

Kettering General Hospital: Research Intern, Kettering, U.K.
Extensive research with eye surgery consultant on the association between age-related macular degeneration and blindness in industrialized countries. The article has just recently been accepted for publication by the Journal of Clinical Review & Case Reports.
