HR Global Mobility Associate

• Assist in administering and implementing established policies and processes regarding domestic and international relocations
• Effectively supports the Global Mobility Manager for Commercial Engines and Aftermarket by handling assignment initiation and assignment repatriation/termination processes
• Vendor liaison for tax, relocation, and immigration to ensure timely and accurate levels of service and quality
• Coordinates with other departments such as Payroll, Legal, Finance, Travel, and International Trade Compliance, etc
• Created Global Mobility Home Trip Budget, Expense Re-imbursement as well as Invoice Reconciliation processes and workflows for global mobile workforce including expatriates and assignees.

Solutions Developer
VCM Project
Worked on VCM project, which involves a number of database-backed web applications. Primarily handled design, development, infrastructure, enhancements and ongoing support for two VCM projects – VCM SPD (Spare Parts) and VCM VOS (Vehicle Ordering System). The VCM projects are web applications hosted using Apache web server, and talk to Oracle 8i database on AIX platform.
• Complete product life-cycle experience from documenting requirements, to design, development, production deployment and support.
• Created multiple reports based on business requirements using Oracle PL/SQL. Reporting logic and presentation (HTML generation) were inbuilt in the stored procedure using standard PL/SQL packages.
• Implemented extraction procedures in PL/SQL to synchronize the production SAP backend with the VCM SPD database (Oracle).
