ENERGY STAR Commercial and Industrial Program:
• Reviewed over 5,000 applications for certification, providing direct support for owners of ENERGY STAR certified buildings through an online helpdesk and performing Licensed Professionals spot audits. Managed the Design to Earn the ENERGY STAR Program.
• Trained 4 employees on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, becoming a mentor-leader through the on-boarding phase.
Department of Energy Better Buildings Challenge:
• Collected data and conducted interviews with retail, food service, and grocery partners on financing, technology deployment, and innovative program models to meet program milestones and implement cost effective energy efficiency solutions.
• Selected to support the development of a Better Buildings program in China for the Energy Foundation and China Association of Building Energy Efficiency.
U.S.-China Clean Energy Research Center Building:
• Researched benchmarking, disclosure, and audit policies to jointly identify disclosure data points and develop automated building retrofit analytic tools for municipal benchmarking and disclosure programs, resulting in a published paper.
City of Cambridge Building Energy Use Disclosure Ordinance:
• Managed the Energy Helpdesk and performed quality control on submitted data by assisting property managers and building owners required to benchmark under the ordinance.
