• Mentored a local seventh grader in writing a new play, then acted in a fully staged production of said play
• As a public service fellow, took on extra administrative and leadership duties, such as crafting curricula and writing newsletters
• Worked closely with program leadership to find creative solutions to unexpected issues and conflicts
