- Working with detectives and crime analysis
- Detectives: Assisting in investigations. Inspect surveillance footage, analyze jail phone calls, write search warrants, write affidavits, make statement briefs, hold confidentiality, discussed trial preparations, trusted and accepted to testify at trial if need be
- Crime Analysis: Following up on hardware items that were being stolen from hardware stores in Missoula; stolen items reaching nearly $10,000 dollars. Participated in building searches and active shooter trainings for our officers. One semester completing 150 hours (Will complete a total of 300 hours in fall of 2018)

Student Law Enforcement Academy January - May 2017
- Met with federal agents, detectives, SWAT team, attorneys, private investigators, city and county officers, and probation officers
- Required a weekly meeting for roughly five months

Montana Junior Police Leadership Academy June 2010
- Activities included physical training, shooting, building searches, investigations, traffic stops, classroom studies, touring correctional facilities, driving, and team building
