• Executed the transfer of 1650 pieces of fire support equipment from four different Squadrons to the Field Artillery Squadron.

• Planned and executed the first skills certification of Fire Support personnel after re-alignment under the Field Artillery Squadron.

• Employed Army and Joint Fires Assets over a 15-day training exercise at the National Training Center (NTC) in FT Irwin, California. Resulted in an enemy attrition from fires of 30% being awarded to the Regiment during each battle period, the maximum amount permitted during the exercise.

Managed 30 soldiers performing security force operations as a part of Joint Task Force (JTF) Guantanamo Bay. Responsible for the oversight and success of physical security, personnel management, supply, maintenance, arms room, and unit movement.
• Conducted four Detainee Movement Operations over a 9-month period, securing an airfield at night as part joint security missions to transfer custody of detainees from the JTF to a host country.
