My name is Lindsey Simmons. I am currently a Freshman at Meredith College. I am planning on double majoring in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. I have taken a number of business courses throughout my time in school. While I was in high school I took a Principles of Business class and an Accounting class. I also took a Business Analyst class through Wake Tech. Currently, at Meredith College, I am taking Macroeconomics and Introduction to Business. I have a passion for Hospitality and pleasing people. I have worked in the service industry for over 2 years. I started in Retail for 1 year and eventually moved on to working in a Restraunt as a server. Customer/Guest experience is very important to me. I am very proficent in computer skills. I have gained the knowledge of using Microsoft applications as well as Google Applications throughout High School and now during College. In high school, I was an officer for Student Council and planned many events which meant advertising and budgeting, as well as, managing people.
