To the hiring manager,

Over the years of learning the technical nuances of software projects, I have become accustomed and perpetually infatuated with the Agile software development framework. I noticed how team members, although extremely talented in their programming knowledge, show difficulty in terms of delegating tasks amongst themselves at every sprint cycle. Seeing these issues constantly, I've become more intrigued with the project management and delegation practices that must be applied in order to create a successful product.

At every opportunity that arises I take the initiative to become a team's leader, and expect to excel in all tasks related to the PM field, including some of the more important issues of conflict resolution and task delegation. My goal is to use the technical knowledge gained from producing web applications as a means to assist future team members and finding the right direction for them with whatever task they were designated. Every week I look forward to creating the comprehensive documentation needed to keep my team up to date day after day, meeting after meeting.

I dream of the day I can perform programming or project management at an industry level. Following such a passion required copious amounts of effort outside of classes, as well as learning from peers who apply themselves at an industry level. I bring the ability to learn quickly and getting up to pace with the rest of the team. This opportunity may bring me that much closer to my current aspirations. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to your response.
