Perform DOT and Non- DOT urine drug test, drug hair test, and DNA test
· Fingerprint and enroll customers for Hazmat, TWIC card, and TSA Pre Check and activated transportation worker TWIC card
· Communicate with customers and employees to answer questions, explain information, and address complaints, answered phones, direct calls and take messages
· Take payments, such as money orders, company checks, or credit cards
· Operate office machines, such as camera, scanner, and copier
· Maintain and update filing and inventory
· Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
· Process insurance medical exams when needed
