Monitor the packaging lines and equipment for cleanliness and approve them prior to the start of the packaging operation
Perform QA in-process checks (Beginning, Middle and End) for packaging operations and determine the results meet against pre-determined standards and batch record requirements
Conduct AQL inspections on incoming packaging components and finished drug products against pre-determined Quality Attributes
Swab the process equipment and/or process rooms and submit the samples to QC lab for analysis and verify the results and release them accordingly
Collect and maintain QA retain samples from all drug products packaged and received. Assure that all retains are stored in an appropriate conditions. Ensure the accountability, annual inspection and easy retrieval
Sample and proofread all pharmaceutical labeling, cartoons, foils for conformance against the approved art work. Issues approved product labels to the packaging lines for use and reconcile upon returning
Verify, inspect and evaluate the return drug products and assist in the final disposition
Inform immediately any anomalies or issue to the QA supervisor. Participate in the investigation and resolution of the deviations
