I use a method book, like Thompsons, such as Bastien, but the most recent published. Flashcards and phone apps for rudiments. Theory worksheets for middle and advanced. I sit down and play for my students to illustrate.

When was the last time you taught? 1994.

Where did you teach? Weather's Music Corp. Studio, the Northwest's largest.

How many students have you carried at one time? About 50.

Do you have experience teaching in a studio/school environment? Yes, Livingston Junior Academy and Keizer Christian School, Salem, Oregon. I was the principal teacher. I was also the graduate assistant teacher, under Dr. Robert Anderson, concert artist, whilst doing graduate music study at Southern Methodist

All my students received an A grade, at adjudication.

I ALSO CANTORED (SANG MASS) INTO MICROPHONES @ SEVERAL CATHOLIC CHURCHES:

St. Pius X R.C. Parish
Middletown, Connecticut
Whilst, in college @ The Hartt School

As Director of Music & Choirs
Cottage Grove, Oregon

As Worship Accompanist
CATHOLIC Church, of La Mesa, California

As Worship Leader @ the piano
Metropolitan Church, of Eugene, Oregon

I teach all sorts of keyboards... piano, organ, synth, spinet organs and keyboards, as I played all of these, at Weather's Music Store to refresh my brass Embechoure. Weathers is the largest, in the northwest...

Also, very basic banjo, from 4th grade. Also, singing, as in choirs.
