Began as a freelance reporter in December of 2015 and was hired fulltime
in October 2016. Responsible for writing five to seven in-depth
stories per week with strict deadlines for six print/digital publications on
the North Shore of Long Island. Returned to freelancing in March 2018
Articles ranged from community-based events, profiles on local elected
officials/business owners/residents,�Man on the Street� interviews, hard
news stories on county/town issues, and town/school board meeting
coverage.

Timed and organized playlists for on-air broadcast, edited video content, was
in charge of live programming, which included telethons, talk shows, papal

At Backstage: Interviewed and profiled film/TV/stage actors, casting
directors and industry professionals with strict deadlines for each. Notable

At Newsday: Reported on two high school proms (Mattituck and Shelter
Island) for the web; interviewed students/teachers and took photographs
