• Project managed all aspects of production for the projects featured at Seattle Art Fair 2019, including
planning floor plans with venue owners, liaising between build teams and artists to achieve artist visions for
sets, and overseeing proper tear down of all artist work
• Created systems for collecting and analyzing feedback from attendees of varying events, from private
buyouts of a theater to weekend-long festivals
• Organized grant strategies to support growth and program development for local museums

• Evaluated auditions, scheduled performances and programs for all NWFL events, and liaised with
performers in preparation of 2019 Northwest Folklife Festival weekend
• Welcomed and checked-in every performer each day of the festival weekend, and coordinated rapid
responses in cases of performance emergencies
• Organized and distributed management materials for an average of 70 venue technical books across 25
different venues each day of the festival weekend
