� Troubleshoot facility access for 1,000+ daily users by verifying membership access and ensuring appropriate membership status
� Engage in monthly meetings to explore new ways to improve day-to-day operations and develop a more efficient system to monitor employee satisfaction and job performance
� Responsible for selling all memberships to new affiliates and directing other membership staff to ensure quality customer care through scheduled tours and greeting of members
� Complete a detailed Supervisor Shift Report to communicate shift rotation, task completion, staffing, facility issues, and shift evaluation
