United Nations, Senior Advisor September 11- Present
�Policy advisor to the Nicaragua Permanent Mission of United Nations, as an expert for Second Committee issues for the last five UN General Assemblies on issues including: environmental, sustainable development and macroeconomics.
�Represent governments in multilateral negotiations and aid in the development of policy positions, strategy and tactics, and advocacy plans. Acted as lead negotiator for Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR) resolution, which gives strategic guidance to the UN Development System.
�Develop, analyze and negotiate UN resolutions, identifying solutions for divided parties. Draft, research and deliver statements pertinent to my assigned issues such as eradication of poverty, climate change, science and technology ect.
�Negotiated and promoted the adoption of UN historic documents such as: The Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Development Agenda, outcome documents for International Conferences in Financing for Development, Climate Change (Paris Agreement) and Disaster Risk Reduction (Sendai Framework).
