I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to experience almost every department within our company, including Payroll, Scheduling, Training Staff, and traveling to Audit other Consumer Funds Coordinators located at our other offices across the state of Ohio. As Payee for dozens of individuals, I have worked closely with the Social Security Administration, Job and Family Services, trust accounts, guardians, several banks, and too many utility companies to even count.
The experience I have gained from the need to be so versatile, never knowing what could pop up by surprise in my workday, while also following strict policies and procedures to ensure my entire department adheres to all guidelines to best serve our individuals, has truly transformed me into the confident individual I needed to be.
With a passion for anything that allows me to exercise my creative abilities, I can most often be found creating content for different companies, photographing friend's clothing lines, managing social media accounts, running an online store with 69K+ followers as a reseller, and starting my brand, LoBalbo Labs, for repurposed, customized thrifted clothing.
