? Examine CrossOver’s current operations and procedures to identify any challenges and barriers that may prevent the practice from maintaining PCMH certification and HEDIS quality metrics.
? Perform data analysis for projects, including cost benefit, return on investment, trend analysis, bench marking, gap analysis, and outcomes metrics measurement.
? Developed and completed the Quality Management Project for CrossOver’s HIV program and presented the data at the Virginia Department of Health’s Quality Improvement Conference.
