SUMMARY
I am a Jr. Estimator with several years of construction experience, and I am currently enrolled in San Diego State University’s Construction Estimating program. The personal attributes I have gained through experience have allowed me to create and maintain professional relationships with co-workers, staff, and clients. I have played an active role in all levels of construction from laborer, estimating and some management. Having the opportunity to assist the Vice President, Senior Estimators, and Project Managers during my occupancies have given me the ability to witness and learn the attributes necessary to run a successful business directly from the individuals pulling the strings. My burning desire to succeed gives me the motivation to work tremendously hard and stand out from my peers. I obtained an Associate’s degree in Business Administration in 2017 and currently hold a 3.65 GPA at Cal State University of Fullerton. I expect to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2020. • Assisted the Vice President and Senior Estimators.
• Interpreted Architectural, Structural blueprints, Civil blueprints, Soils Reports, and Grading Plans daily.
• Identified material, labor and schedules by studying proposals, blueprints or any related documents.
• Prepared accurate takeoffs as well as material pricing.
• Maintained cost and material data by entering and backing up into excel.
