United Technology Corporation Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH
• Currently working at Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in which I perform research and development for the Composites Branch, such as, thermal analysis on polymeric films, microscopy on microspheres, and measuring the reflection and transmission of samples with a network analyzer.
• I am also working as a Project Engineer for Hypersonic group in the ManTech Division at AFRL, in which I work with the project managers in organizing the funding, information and future projects to better communicate and distribute information across the entire division. This has been very successful after the creation of a Share Point site, which allows all the project managers to distribute and collect valuable information across the entire Hypersonic and ManTech division.

Graduate Research Assistant May 2018 – May 2019
University of Dayton Research Institute Dayton, OH
• Worked as a student laboratory assistant in the High Temperature Analytical Materials Laboratory, where I participated in the mechanical analysis of specimens.
• I also conducted research with Multi Mission Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator (MMRTG), to provide NASA with critical information and analysis for the next aerospace mission, such as the exploration to Mars in 2020.

Safety Engineering Intern January 2018 – August 2018

• Coordinate with the head mechanical engineer of each division to write up and provide detailed procedures of lockout/tagout on each machinery to reduce hazardous risks for employees.
• Also created an Excel document that provides information and notifies a department when a machine needs update or need maintenance. With this detailed documentation and template, the company will save over $10,000 a year.

Summer Logistics Intern May 2016 – September 2016
Merck & Co., Inc. (Merck Research Labs) West Point, PA
• By using my experience in six sigma, I assessed a production problem by analyzing department problems and issues, and incorporating each issue into a tree diagram. This diagram ultimately lead me to understand the problem, to figure out a way to better the production rate of the product.

Supervisor - Campus Recreation: August 2014 – May 2017

• After starting as an intramural referee, I was promoted to become as a supervisor for Campus Recreation in which I administered, managed and trained the intramural referees to provide a safe and fun environment in 7 different sports for the Loyola community
• Apart from the common 6 different sports, I managed to introduce whiffle-ball and corn hole/bags as a the new and popular intramural sports in the Loyola community.

Poison Control Center San Juan, PR
• Traveled to events, institutions and industries, across the entire island of Puerto Rico, to provide useful and free information about the Poison Control Center.
• By providing information desks for these couple of years, we managed to increase calls to the Poison Control Center by 20%.
