FRONT DESK VOLUNTEER, EVERGREEN HOSPITAL
- Escorted sick/injured individuals to Emergency Room promptly.
- Performed wheelchair discharges.
- Verbality directed or escorted individuals unfamiliar with the hospital to their locations/family members.
- Answered and recorded information regarding hospital errands over the phone.
- Collaborated in a small team to smoothly operate the front desk of the hospital.

- The Employee of the Month, March 2019.
- Elected by supervisors on multiple occasions to assist in the set-up and management of promotional events throughout the store.
