Silicone mold making and casting. Used Smooth-On products to produce four-part, ten foot tall mold. Jacket mold made of AquaResin. Cast in AquaResin & wax. Also made small, realistic wax casts of fruit.

Silicone mold making (for cast silicone around over 80 different models, 1-4 part molds all with fiberglass/epoxycoat shells for re-use)
Aquaresin casting into each of these molds for piece fabrication. Often up to three casts and including post-cast clean up of cast models.
Fabrication of armature for cast pieces. Involved precise placement of hidden holes and MIG welding steel armature to be secured inside models with expanding foam or epoxy.
Worked on an extremely tight deadline with close knit team to produce exhibition on time.
