Supervise all renovations and additions. Optimize schedule of activities to use available resources in the most efficient manner possible. Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs.

Director of Product Engineering
Directed a team of 26 product and packaging engineers, in the US and China, in support of sourcing and direct import activities and private brand strategies. Development of product test plans, management of product qualification testing, input to corrective action plans, product improvements, development of product performance specifications. Products represented approximately 4000 individual SKUs per year and annual retail sales of approximately $10B.
Improved product qualification testing process to help reduce product onboarding cycle time from 125 days to 65 days
Introduced new packaging requirements to reduce product damage and improve in-store appearance. Damage to toilets was reduced by 82%.
Designed and implemented a process for creating product performance specifications in support of private brand management and positioning strategies.
Development of new visual brand language documents and design manuals for private brands in support of brand strategies.
