Managed and supervised in house and over hire staff of 15 in all technical areas for an SPT 5 Regional Theater. Created and managed show budgets for a 5 show Mainstage and 2 show Kids series production season. Contracted designers and crew for all productions. Worked with rental venues and rental houses on coordinating all aspects from load-in to load-out, to ensure quick and safe installation of all technical elements. Cultivated and grew a working relationship with Indiana University Theater and Jacob School of Music staff and students. Created partnership with Bloomington Playwrights Project to share production resources and Technical Director.

Managed and supervised a staff of up to 24. Created and managed show budgets and scheduling for a ten-show production season, including musicals, plays, and dance, as well as in house concerts, in 3 performance spaces and 6 rehearsal and dance studios. Coordinated numerous outside events and concerts for organizations and groups such as: Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, River City Brass, Nelson Illusions, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Coordinated with outside companies on scenery and prop rentals, as well as secured national touring sets and props to add to the in house built rental inventory.
