Writer, Editor and Designer of The Collage
• Collaborated with the Assistant Director of University Marketing, the branding agency Ologie LLC and the CLAS Dean’s Office to rebrand The Collage following new branding guidelines.
• Transitioned the CLAS newsletter from a bi-annual to tri-semester publication.
• Wrote and edited 13 in-depth profile pieces based on interviews scheduled and conducted with faculty and students, ranging from 60 to 130 minutes each.
• Worked with the Assistant Dean and office staff on managing the publication’s timeline and an extensive tracking-list of interviewees and all files on a VPN share drive.
• Designed the publication using Adobe InDesign and delivered drafts of both design work and articles in a timely manner.
• Crafted a style guide and templates for standard operating procedures, interview questionnaires and InDesign files for future editors and office staff to adhere to.
