I am a jack of all trades with many different skills. I attended Devry University to get my Bachelor�s Degree in Multimedia and Design. The reason I got into this field is to create something beautiful and mesmerizing. I love art and everything about it as well as social media and marketing. Being involved in a field that is forever changing is why I enjoying working in it. I have many years of experience with customer service, I love working with people and I have a very outgoing and fun personality. Work Experience

ACCOUNTING, THE BODY SHOP, CALIFORNIA 2018 - 2018
My current position I do daily accounting such as entering part orders on a management program called CCC, enter daily into quick books EFTS, checks, orders, etc. I would also do the monthly statements where I check that we have copies of every invoice from the previous month and make sure everything adds up with the statements we receive from our vendors. In between accounting tasks I would also do inspections when customer would bring in their cars that are going through insurance for repairs. I will go out and take photos of the damages, vin, license and mileage. Another part is being a sales person by talking the customers into dropping off their cars for repairs as soon as possible, I also started learning estimating through a system called Ultramate which connects directly with CCC One.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, CELEBRITY INFLUENCERS INC, CALIFORNIA 2018 - 2018
As the operations manager I would speak to clients daily about the program they joined. Put together and organize the monthly photoshoots and Videoshoots. I would book the makeup artist, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists and the location. I would also run payments through a system called Stripe, organize the presentations at the Beverly Hills office on weekends and connect with our clients if they had any questions.

OFFICE MANAGER, BERYLL/MILA/LOVETUNER/MY BODHI, CALIFORNIA 2017 - 2018
I was the office manage of 4 brands. Beryll which is a celebrity fashion line, MILA a high end fashion line, Lovetuner which is a therapeutic necklace and My Bodhi which is a high end accessories line. I worked up the owners and founders of all 4 businesses daily. I managed 10 other employees, input all our orders from all four brands into quickbooks daily, filed paperwork, talked with customers, made purchase orders, managed emails, and greeted helping customers when they would come into our showroom. I also did the graphic design behind all the photos on the websites. We are featured on The Today Show Steals and Deals 4 times a year, I would help with picking out the design ideas for the products, communication with The Today Show and fulfillment center.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (PROJECT), A DESIGN PARTNERSHIP, CALIFORNIA 2017 - 2017
As the social media coordinator I create and maintain strong online marketing strategies through social media accounts for our clients. I Compose Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook posts and updates. Content is a critical part of social media and without good, relevant and up-to-date content, your company will not get the attention it wants. My main focus was Pinterest. I would create weekly pins on clients boards and drive traffic to their accounts.

OVERSTOCK.COM COORDINATOR , ABBYSON, CALIFORNIA 2017 - 2017
I was brought into Abbyson with a new position as the O------------ coordinator to help the account manager with e-commerce, merchandising and inventory. I worked closely with the account manager and the executives of the company. I would update product content, photos, work with the merchandising and e-commerce team on products with the photos, SKU�s, online content, etc. Meet with the photographer of the products go over what looks good when putting together items.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PROJECT), URBAN HOME, CALIFORNIA 2017 - 2017
On this project I created email blasts, the 4th of July mail ad. I took and retouched photos of the furniture before uploading them to the website using the software Magento. I would also check emails for the Director of e-commerce daily, talk to print companies about ads and banners and communicate with the warehouse about sales.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (CONTRACT), MEDTRONIC, CALIFORNIA 2016 - 2016
For this 6 month contract I was one of the graphic designers in the educational department. My skills with this company would be I work mainly with video editing, some xml coding for our video modules online, voice recording and Photoshop images. I also have learned a new program called Storyline which is a mix between PowerPoint and Photoshop. I will also record audio of a person for our videos, and all of the video editing I have done had been in Premier Pro. I give daily email updates to my supervisor on where I am at with my projects and when they will be done.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PROJECT), PROMOTION PLUS INC. CO, CALIFORNIA 2016 - 2016
Throughout the day I design drawings for Permit Packs, Sales Renderings, and Production Files and Install drawings. Each Sales Renderings has many details in it, we need to show everything about a station that we will either replace or install new such as gas pumps, canopy�s, pole signs, monument signs food mart channel letters, etc.�

GRAPHIC DESIGNER, VISIBLE GRAPHICS, CALIFORNIA 2014 - 2016
I was one of the head graphic designers; I take the clients logo�s and create signs. Our clients send me their logos, the location and details on what type of sign they would like to use, such as vinyl, acrylic lighting, back lighting, etc. Then I do the measurements to have a precise number of how much footage each sign will need for that specific location. We just finished doing all the signs for the Los Angeles Dodgers Stadium.

MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER, DIGITIZED SCHEMATIC SOLUTIONS, CALIFORNIA 2013 - 2014
At this job I was one of the two multimedia designers. I use a program called Author-Ware to split up schematics for military vehicles. Using this program I divide up sections of the vehicles to create a more in depth visual user friendly schematic by using click event characters to show how everything comes together and works. The finishing product will show an inexperienced engineer in a more simple way of how the vehicle works and how to find the components without looking at full schematics.

I was one of the many graphic designers; I create layouts for the articles on the website RedCarpetT------------. I work closely with the writer for the trends of the fashion area for the website.

As one of the graphic designers, created visual layouts for articles. I would find the brand online, use photos from their website (with permission) and add them into the pages where the article was written.
