Disability and Health Policy Division: DDSD Statewide Training Database Coordinator
� Compile reports for funding partners using data in various Division management analytical databases, including geographic information systems (ArcMAP) and, with other division staff, contribute to the development of presentations made to academic and professional associations through the use of geographic information systems
� Conduct research and statistical evaluation on various public health problems, co-author papers and presentations and disseminate information at national conferences
� Develop and implement educational presentations regarding SIS assessments to healthcare professionals in New Mexico
� Provides ongoing one-on-one technical assistance in-person and via telephone to staff of state agencies, community provider agencies and members of the public on use of Division web-based data entry and reporting systems and facilitate training sessions on use of data reporting system
� Using university vehicles, including box trucks up to 26 feet, to conduct university business, including; traveling to conferences and setting up exhibit booths to talk about different programs with potential clients and other related institutions, transport, set up and display assistive technology for demonstration, deliver literature on various center programs to different provider agencies around the state of New Mexico
� Troubleshoot problems with database functions and coordination with technical staff and programmers to resolve problems
� Maintain statewide communication with provider agency personnel supporting individuals on the DD Waiver
� Coordinate conference operations including the; facilitation of payments, compiling and reconciling of invoices, registering of attendants and exhibitors
� Conduct Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) assessments to determine support needs of individuals on the New Mexico DD Waiver, develop and implement educational presentations regarding SIS assessments to healthcare professionals in New Mexico
