- Adopted heartbeats in server/client side of implementation to indicate normal operation without errors, timeouts, or disconnections on the client side.
-Replicated data to other clients to ensure concurrency and make sure the product is reliable and fault tolerant.
-Used Zookeeper API to elect nodes as a leader and keep track of the connection between the nodes.

Book Hub Project
BookHub allows students from George Mason University to easily sell textbooks to their peers. By validating their GMU ID, students can efficiently trade their old books without worrying about memberships and additional costs. This project was done in an agile setting with weekly meetings and sprint planning.
- Mainly used HTML5 to build the web application
- Used CSS and PHP to create an interface and link it to the database.
- Used SQL to create a database that stored all the data on books
