Duties:
•Collaborated closely with owner / Creative director and
design team to create seasonal designs.
• Created a yearly calendar for both design and production
teams. This calendar was also shared with factories to avoid
delays.
•Supervised another associate (woven tops/ knits) to ensure
calendar was being followed and helped with any issues.
• Instructed oversea factories on how to implement specific
wash procedures to elevate overall esthetics.
• After a style was handed off to production, I would still
review the bulk to ensure it was all up to standard.
• Monitored and tracked all development samples and PP
samples for fitting and sales purposes. Updated the rest of the
team of changes occurred during fitting.
• Helped with styling during line/ campaign photoshoots.
• Maintained a detailed WIP (development/production) to
keep company owners up to date.
• Worked along domestic wash houses (wash, cost, and
production) for our domestic orders.

• Extensive knowledge of denim fit, and pattern construction
gained by working with in-house patternmakers and sewers.

samples, fabric, color & trim materials, as well as Pantone
book maintenance.

development process, including creation of flat sketches,
CAD sketches, tech pack updates and line sheet
maintenance to facilitate workflow as needed.

Accomplishments – Started as an intern and my work
spoke for itself to become assistant designer. Proactively I
worked along side Senior Designer and VP, which exposed
me to more job responsibilities. This helped me propel in the
industry since the exposure made me more skillful.
