Worked at Hollister for a year as of now, started on October 21st, 2018 as a stock associate at Hollister at 90 -15 Queens Blvd, Queens, NY 11373, Transferred to Hollister at 668 5th Ave, New York, NY 10019 where I cross-trained to work shifts as a stock associate as well as a brand rep. At the 5th ave location I encountered customers mostly tourists from all around the world, I learned to create a friendly environment for them to shop, in which the customers felt important since I approached them and asked them specific questions regarding themselves. Communication with customers was key in this job environment; answering their questions and concerns, helping them find specific clothing as well as specific sizes. The job was quick paced where I was given a number of shipment boxes, from 9 to 13 boxes, that had to be unpacked, censored as well as labeling the merchandise sales tags if necessary to merchandise and displayed on the sales floor in the 4 or 5 hours given shift. Overall I was taught to strive to create a great customer service environment at f trending clothing brand.
