Interior Designer
My organizational skills, creative thinking and outgoing personality makes me a strong candidate for this position. I am pursuing a role in Interior Design to use my graphic design degree and my love of color in a way that pushes me. I can look at things with a creative eye as well as in 2D and 3D. I also keep in mind the business aspects of the design world since I have been in two different sides.
A few qualities I possess that make me a desirable candidate:
• Organizing construction and installation on projects while contacting vendors, suppliers, and contractors for samples, estimates and following through when necessary with purchase orders, delivery, installation and full project execution.
• Sourcing FF&E and designing presentation documents.
• Maintaining budgets and expenses.
• Basic level understanding of architectural drawings.
• The willingness and excitement to learn new things; I also am pursuing further education classes at surrounding colleges to advance my knowledge of the interior design industry.
With my drive and motivation in the interior design industry I know I still have a lot to learn yet am dedicated to achieving success for myself and your company. I look forward to discussing this position in more detail.
