Program Operations Coordinator – The Music Center Los Angeles, CA— 2017 - Current
-Handles company conference and event logistics, including booking conference rooms, creating event timelines, editing event scripts and keeping communication with all vendors. Serves as a liaison between the Music Center audience and the Program staff. Assists event managers with production load ins and load outs. Assists with event and production coordination.

-Provided responsible customer service in operating the box office for Staples Center and Microsoft Theater. Performed cashier duties; received money and issued receipts; performed daily reconciliation of cash drawer, ticket audit stubs, cash register tape, and ticket stocks. -Maintained event management system, managed application procedures on the Arts Commission online application system (Go Grants), including but not limited to building and editing applications, preparing guidelines, evaluations and reports. Managed the LA County’s Public Events programs.
