Answers to Screening Questions
1) I currently have no time commitment and am fairly flexible with a short notice. There should be anything that affects my availability to cover games.

2) 10-very familiar with using smartphones and tablets.

3) My level of knowledge of ice hockey is above average as I have been watching hockey since I was 5 years old, and also played hockey in elementary, middle school and high school. This has allowed me to become familiar with popular vernacular within the sport including rules for the faceoff, what constitutes as icing or offsides, the different types of penalties all the way from high sticking to tripping or boarding, and the various slang that's used. This includes when to use "beauty", who a "cherry picker" is, what the odd man rush refers to, what the five hole is or how to interpret the plus/minus for a player for fantasy hockey winning purposes.

4) I am currently working with my father on a per-need basis in his small business retail store but am looking for a position in fields that combine my love of data and sports. This is why I was intrigued when a sports data analyst position opened up and would love to be considered to express my relevant experience and passion.

5) I do not see myself moving to a new city in the future and am planning on living and working in and around the GTA and its surrounding areas.
