In my role, I am responsible for ensuring that all guests are attended to in a friendly, caring and efficient manner. My attentiveness to detail and knowledge of products and promotions allows me to maximize sales opportunities, with my upselling abilities well recognized within WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Hotel. My daily tasks include maintaining a clean work environment, cash handling and reconciliation of payments, meeting targets as required, customer service, organizing and creating bookings/orders, outstanding fund collection and performing other duties as required.
