� Around 1am run night Audit by going into Opera clicking end of day and following the prompts to
come. The night audit will run and print all paperwork needed to be placed in the night audit pack
� After the night Audit is complete. Print all after night audit reports ( Trial balance sheet, Journal by
cashier negative postings only, History for the day of the audit.
� Print PMS Reports.
� Print AMEX, Discover, Merchant Connect reports (these reports show each credit card transaction for the day of the night audit.
� Input data from the trial balance sheet into the Tax exempt excel spread sheet and the Credit card
reconciliation excel spread sheet.) Then print
� Place all these documents in order according to the IHG Brand standa
